These officers come from that batch, which is qualified to command war units such as warships, squadrons, or submarines at sea. These officers often become part of SEAL teams.
URL officers are elite officers who are qualified to command even more advanced special warfare units such as destroyers, squadrons or aviation wings, etc. There are several levels of these URL officers, who are assigned with different command powers respectively.
